12.2 Almond Crescent 弦月杏仁餅

CF: Chef 主廚
CC: Commis Cook 廚房助理
CF: We are making almond crescent now. I need 8 ounces of blanched almonds, 4 ounces of sugar, 6 tablespoons of rose water, 2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon, 2 beaten eggs, and 6 tablespoons of sesame seeds.

CC: No problem. All the ingredients are here.
