He has been ups and downs in life, all of which could give ordinary people like us food for thought. In this memoir, Al gives us many intriguing behind-the-scenes stories. It is surely the must-read of 2024!
I like reading this story about the girl who stole the doll with my children. It's about the generation gap between a girl and her mother and the dolls they end up making. The content and illustrations in the book are very warm! It is a book that allows adults to talk to children about their thoughts.
I didn't really know what to expect going into this book. I saw it at a bookstore the other day and decided to pick up for my trip. I would say this is a heart-warming but also a heart-breaking story. There are a lot of twists. Though the first 100 page was a bit hard to get through, overall, it's a great summer read. Btw, if this is you're reading my review, this is the third book of Part of Your World series by Abby Jimenez. You can read the previous books first if you want but it will be fine if you want to read this first. They are not really really related.
