Michael W. Leach is first and foremost a storyteller and inspirer of people. He is also an author, speaker and modern day renascence man using his Be Audacious brand to inspire millennials and other seekers to pursue their passion, live a life that matters and change the world. Michael’s edgy, energetic and irreverent approach to celebrating the power of the human spirit captivates readers and audiences alike. His success, and the passion with which he conveys his own experience and mission, will serve as inspiration for those who may believe that certain options are not possible, or certain dreams not within reach. Michael has worked as a ranger naturalist in Yellowstone National Park, a Montana fly-fishing and wildlife guide and a head boys varsity basketball coach. After leaving the National Park Service, Michael founded a nonprofit organization, and during his time as the Executive Director, YCG become known for their nonconventional and fresh approach to environmental programming that resonated with teens of the 21st Century. Michael’s first book, Grizzlies On My Mind, was published in 2014 and represents a decade-long odyssey of advocacy, adventure and self-discovery in the wilds of Yellowstone.
