Leah Zani, Ph.D, is an anthropologist, author, and poet who writes on the social impact of war. She has conducted research with the Human Rights Center at UC Berkeley, partnering with the Nobel-prize winning Mines Advisory Group in Laos. She is Poetry Editor for Anthropology & Humanism and is the author of Bomb Children (2019). Her writing has also appeared in Cultural Anthropology, Consequence Magazine, Somatosphere, and Los Angeles Review of Books.
