This book is essential for everyone involved in the hiring process. As a job seeker it provides peace of mind knowing that you are prepared for that big interview. As a hiring manager this book provides great insight to improve your hiring process. It is a quick read, but I continually come back and use this book as a reference guide during each interview process no matter what side of the table I am on.

A great book that really demystifies the interview process and prepares you for the questions that interviewers have for you, and more importantly, lets know know what the real questions and character traits an organization is looking for, not just the stock questions that they throw out. I found it to be very interesting and useful, a must buy for recent grads, or anyone who is looking to brush up on their interview skills.

The author gives common sense, no non-sense advice about both how to interview and what the interviewer is looking for in a potential employee. This book can help you see the interview process from the perspective of the employer, which can help you apply the skills learned throughout the text in a thoughtful, logical way.
