　　Jess身無分文又孤身一人，還以不甚好看的姿態離開了公司，如今的她確實非常需要一個嶄新的開始。於是她把希望放在定居巴黎的弟弟Ben身上，認為遠走一趟巴黎一定能斬掉這些不好的過去。而且Ben面對她突如其來的借住要求，當下沒有明確拒絕。然而Jess一抵達Ben的住所－巴黎這棟氣派的公寓，主人卻不在家，甚至連隔天、再隔天，都未現過身。Ben就這樣不知所蹤！
