The state of the lymphatic system in animals in acute small intestinal obstruction was studied for the first time in the experiment and the method of the regional endolymphatic therapy was developed. Efficiency of regional endolymphatic therapy application in the complex treatment of the patients with acute small intestinal obstruction in experimental animals has been determined. Application of the regional endolymphatic therapy in the complex treatment of the patients with acute small intestinal obstruction permits to decrease complications 3 times, and lethality - 4 times. The developed algorithm in acute small intestinal obstruction allows the practical doctor to choose the necessary complex of therapeutic measures depending on the degree of endogenous intoxication.
