The monograph is devoted to the problem of professional training of musically gifted students. The author thoroughly analyzed the philosophical, psychological-pedagogical, musicological literature on this problem; conceptual approaches to solving this problem are highlighted; didactic principles, forms, methods and means of training gifted students of musical specialties are determined. The structure of musical giftedness is theoretically substantiated; the author’s pedagogical technology for the development of musical talent is proposed; a pedagogical system of professional training of musically gifted students was developed and an experimental verification of its effectiveness was presented.The monograph can be useful for students, masters, postgraduates, teachers of higher educational institutions of culture and arts.
