內容簡介

Learn how to optimize your mindset to stand out in a constantly changing world. Discover the hidden logic that enables everyday entrepreneurs to recognize opportunities, mobilize resources, and make things happen regardless of where they start.

Countless books have been written about the exploits of iconic entrepreneurs. Yet when we look beyond the headlines and the hype to explore the mindset of everyday entrepreneurs, a common logic begins to emerge--one that enables ordinary people to accomplish extraordinary things.

In this groundbreaking book, internationally acclaimed author Gary G. Schoeniger combines insights gleaned from hundreds of everyday entrepreneurs with cutting-edge research to create a practical how-to guide that shows readers not only how to be more innovative and entrepreneurial in their own lives but also how to unlock the untapped entrepreneurial potential in others.

Drawing from real-world stories, this book shows readers how to:

  • Identify and evaluate the opportunities that exist in your everyday life
  • Demystify the entrepreneurial process in a way that anyone can embrace
  • Recognize how your mindset can hinder your ability to adapt in the face of change
  • Shift your mindset by undertaking an entrepreneurial project of your own
  • Unlock the entrepreneurial potential that lies dormant in children, students, the workforce, and your community

The Entrepreneurial Mindset Advantage shows how a subtle shift in your beliefs can make a big difference in your life. While this book will benefit those who wants to start a business, it looks beyond new venture creation to expose the entrepreneurial mindset as a teachable framework for thinking that has become essential for individuals and organizations to adapt and thrive in today’s rapidly changing world.
