Contemporary Sustainable Organisational Practices: A Roadmap for Transformation

Amin Hosseinian-Far is a Professor of Systems Thinking at Hertfordshire Business School, University of Hertfordshire, UK. Previously, he was is a Professor of Systems Thinking, and Chair of the Research Centre for Sustainable Business Practices (CSBP) at the University of Northampton, UK. Over the years, he has contributed to more than 100 peer-reviewed publications which are mainly disseminated as journal articles, conference papers, and book chapters. Amin has edited books, conference proceedings, and has served on numerous review boards, and editorial committees of several international journals and conferences.

Ebenezer Laryea is an Associate Professor of International Sustainable Development Law, and the Chair of the Centre for Sustainable Business Practice (CSBP) within the Faculty of Business at the University of Northampton, UK. His main research interests are the areas of international sustainable development law, sustainability, and human rights and climate justice within this context.

Dilshad Sarwar is Associate Professor and Head of Business Systems and Operations within the Faculty of Business and Law at the University of Northampton, UK. She is actively involved in the University’s Centre for Sustainable Business Practices (CSBP) and serves as a Co-Lead of the Centre for the Advancement of Racial Equality (CARE). Her current research is broadly within the areas of information systems and business information systems as a discipline with a focus on the social influences and domains of internet of things (IOT) and disaster management systems, which entails social computing and managing information in the digital age.

Oluwaseyi Omoloso is a Senior Lecturer in Sustainable Business at the University of Northampton, UK. His primary areas of research interest are in sustainable development, circular economy, entrepreneurship, lean manufacturing and product development, and industry 4.0 applications.

Chijioke Dike Uba is a Senior Lecturer in International Business at the University of Northampton, UK. His research interests are in the broad areas of individual and business sustainability, focusing on the ethical, social and psychological dimensions of sustainable practices and lifestyle at individual and business organisational levels. His interdisciplinary methodological approach gravitates towards strategic design and discussions of new means of reconciling common good values, particularly those bordering on sustainable lifestyles and social responsibility, with the enhancement of positive behaviour change at the individual and/or corporate level.
