作者簡介

Eden Grinshpan is a chef, the author of Eating Out Loud, and a television food personality known for her relatability, theatrics, raw sincerity, and goofiness. She is the creator of Eden Eats where she shares recipes and candid moments of her life, family, and kitchen antics. Grinshpan earned her culinary degree at Le Cordon Bleu in London and subsequently traveled and ate her way across Europe, India, Southeast Asia, and of course Israel, from which her family hails. At twenty-seven, Grinshpan was featured in Forbes’s 30 Under 30 list after she conceptualized, produced, and hosted Eden Eats, her first culinary travel show for the Cooking Channel. She then went on to host and judge a multitude of television shows, including Log On & Eat with Eden Grinshpan and Top Chef Canada. Grinshpan splits her time between Toronto and New York with her husband, Ido, and their two daughters, Ayv and Romi.
