This book has evolved from an idea out of our Wednesday Morning Bible Study and Prayer Group. It endeavors to bring personalities to the homeless and veteran population in Sarasota Florida and affordable solutions for housing.
"We are not human beings having a spiritual experience. We are spiritual beings having a human experience" Eckhart Tolle
"All human problems are Spiritual problems" Jerry Strom, The least known of all theologians.
This project is a physical manifestation of the Homeless ministry that I have had for a few years. The dormant writing "skill" finally made its way to a manuscript, which led to this book, revealing the problems of homelessness and veterans with affordable housing solutions for NFPs and entrepreneurs.
Hidden in the lives of those who surround us, is the reality of the homeless. Rid of shelter but complete with the stories of their lives, these people don’t have the privilege to call places their homes. As citizens of the United States, they are civilians with the right to have a roof above their heads. To have a safe ground, where they can protect themselves and the beauty of the past that they carry with them.
Revealing stories of some of these homeless people, I want to add a layer of sympathy to what the message of this book contains.
